Harvest 2017 got underway much later than anticipated. The fruit took a long time to ripen and change colour with meant we had to wait. As it turned out, the olives remained green for a long time and the oil content in the olives didn’t accumulate as expected. Harvest dragged on for two weeks longer and full credit goes to our superb 2017 harvest crew who did a great job getting the olives off the tree. Big thank you to Lachlan, Emma, Brittany and Taylor.
